Refund policy for service packages
At Mi Mai, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or adjustment is necessary. Below is our policy for service packages:
Refunds and Credits
- If you are unsatisfied with your package, you may request a credit for the unused portion.
- Credits will only be issued for the remaining services that have not been utilised.
Adjustment for Used Services
- Services already provided as part of the package will be charged at their full individual price (not the discounted package rate).
- The total cost of the utilised services will be deducted from the amount paid for the package.
Remaining Credit
- After deducting the full price of utilised services, the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
- Credits are non-refundable and can be used for any future services or packages at Mi Mai.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to our team.
- Mi Mai reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
